Garden flowers preserved

I love to create pieces using garden botanicals, these are either posted to me or I collect from the space. I select flower combinations that compliment one another in form and texture then move on to explore composition that explore the relationship between plants.

Garden flower commissions available, please contact through email request and a personal phone consultation available to discuss ideas due to the bespoke nature of creations.

Pieces created from the Trail of thought show garden at RHS Tatton Park flower show. The garden was created by Bespoke stone walling to raise awareness of the journey of sufferers with Dementia.  I went into the show garden  and collected stems to be used in a compositional piece to be auctioned off. Proceeds were donated to Dementia UK, which was in collaboration with The Great British gardens website.

A selection offices were created to explore the combinations, depth and stems before creating a final piece. The pieces were photographed at a lovely walled garden in Cheshire by Meadow studio.

One of my favourite places locally to meander and if you are around the Cheshire area Carol's Garden in Harthill Tattonhall is an inspiring insight into life as a flower farmer and the flower world.

Spoilt for choice i alway seek out the weeds and flowers on the turn, they show an abundance of life a really beautiful movement. Th smells and animation of the stems when moving around a space like this is overwhelmingly inspiring.

Sunday I will be creating some pieces _c
